「ホープカレッジでのクリスマス」と聞いて最初に思いついたのが“Vespers（クリスマス礼拝）”でした。
毎年12月の第１週の週末に、５～6回のクリスマス音楽礼拝を行うことが、私たちのコミュニティでの長年の伝統となっています。
ホープカレッジのクリスマス礼拝はクリスマスの時期に全米に放送されています。
今年は数人の日本人留学生が聖歌隊としてクリスマス礼拝に参加しています。
聖学院大学からの日本人学生が、近い将来クリスマス礼拝に加わって下さることを期待しています。
聖学院大学の働きの上に神様の祝福が豊かにありますように
The first thing comes to my mind when I hear the word, "Christmas at Hope College" is the Vespers.
We have a long tradition of conducting 5 to 6 Christmas music services during the first weekend of December every year for our community.
Hope's Vespers is also broadcasted all over the United States during the Christmas time.
This year, a couple of Japanese students joinning the college chorus and singing in the vespers.
We hope to have some Seigakuin Japanese students join the vespers in the near future.
May God bless you and Seigakuin University as you minister on campus and in the community.
